Training Programme Coordinator (Automotive Technology) at Applied Engineering Technology Initiative

We are seeking a dedicated Training Programme Coordinator to lead the administration of our Automotive Mechatronics Technology courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for all inquiries in connection with Automotive programme.
• Represent the AETI brand and lead business development initiatives for Automotive Courses.
• Manage programme schedule and logistics, ensuring profitability of each cohort.
• Market offerings; prepare and deliver presentation to prospective clients.
• Effectively manage relationships with Students, Partners, and Instructors.
• Ensuring trainees and partners have optimum customer experience, capable of driving referrals.
• Deliver assigned automotive courses to participants
• Evaluate course delivered and instructors' performance
• Assess students’ logbook and make recommendation for certification.

Requirement

• B.Sc./HND in Engineering specializations including: Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or any other related background with equivalent experience
• Sound knowledge of Automotive technology with the ability to train people from diverse background (Graduates, Executives, Technicians, Young School Leavers, etc.)
• 5 to 10years similar experience, managing programme delivery
• Business development skills with the ability to prepare and deliver proposals to prospective clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a rapid paced environment.
• Strong project management skills
