Key Responsibilities

• Employer Partnership Development: Proactively source, vet, and manage relationships with corporate partners, recruitment agencies, and private employers. Maintain a robust pipeline of vetted job openings.
• Precision Matching & Selection: Analyze graduate profiles from the internal student database/CRM, matching candidate skills, certifications, and career goals with specific employer requirements to optimize long-term retention.
• Rigorous Safeguarding & Compliance: Coordinate absolute compliance workflows, including multi-tier background checks, professional reference verifications, identity validation, and workplace safety audits before finalizing any contract.
• Stakeholder Communication & Post-Placement Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employers and alumni. Execute structured post-placement check-ins to mediate early workplace friction and capture feedback.
• Data Maintenance & Analytics: Keep the placement database/CRM fully updated in real-time. Track individual candidate journeys, placement velocities, and employer churn rates to provide data-driven insights to leadership.
