Training Officer at Mitiget Assurance and Technology Services Limited

Duties

• Identify and assess current training needs of the industry and recommend future training courses that deliver value and meet revenue expectation.
• Design and forward training proposals and drive lead generation for training courses
• Develop, drive and monitor marketing strategy for the training programs.
• Develop and deploy excellent and rich training contents and delivery methods.
• Manage, monitor, and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
• Innovate e-learning systems for an effective subscription-based training course.
• Manage training budget and provide opportunities for ongoing training and development .
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
• Devise and implement a training strategy for specific prospects and customers.
• Build training program from scratch (from the initial idea through planning, implementation, review, and outcomes analysis) .
• Revise training presentations, materials, and schedules periodically.
• Develop a suitable mix of formal and informal development activities.
• Responsible for the set-up of the learning environment and resources.
• Deliver training program in group and or online (e.g., e-learning, webinar, game-based platforms, workshops, simulations, and coaching) settings.
• Design and expand training and development program based on the needs of customers and prospects.
• Recommend professional and seasoned facilitators/trainers to enable revenue.
