Job Brief

• Our client  is looking for a Training facilitator responsible for the effective delivery of training programs in line with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training programs (physical, virtual, hybrid) in line with approved curriculum.
• Deliver content using adult learning principles and experiential methodology.
• Adapt delivery style to suite frontline staff, executive, mid-level and C-suite managers.
• Contribute to programme design, review and update training slides, manuals, case studies, etc.
• Align training objectives with clients expectations and support proposal input where required.
• Maintain high delivery standards consistency with firm's reputation.
• Ensure training materials are error free and professionally presented, etc.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Education, social science, business administration or any related field.(Master degree is an advantage)
• 4 - 5 years proven tracked experience in cooperate training, consulting, organizational development or learning and development.
• High executive presence with strong presentation and facilitation skill and
• Ability to simplify complex concept with instructional design capability.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and virtual platform (Zoom, Teams).
