    Training Coordinator

    • CRC Credit Bureau Limited is looking for an enthusiastic Training Coordinator for its Business Development Unit who is a team player with the ability to lead, coach and coordinate training. Assist management to respond to the environmental factors impacting the long-term strategic direction of the company.
    • The candidate will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (COO)

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee market campaigns and other activities that will lead to market creation for CRC.
    • Work closely with product research and services teams to gather information about and understand the market needs for CRC’s product developments.
    • Identify opportunities for new business with new and existing customers and successfully converting such opportunities.
    • Prospect, sell, market, promote, and offer a variety of customized training courses and seminars designed to develop, enrich, and train organizational workforce.
    • Prepare and manage annual training calendar for CRC Financial Education Centre establishing courses, dates, times, locations, and costs.
    • Conduct administrative tasks in relation to implementation of trainings including preparation of materials and identification of content experts.
    • Manage and coordinate logistics ensuring professional delivery of trainings.
    • Establish and sustain customer relationships through numerous networking channels.
    • Create content that help articulate the value of CRC’s products/services.
    • Manage the financial education pages of CRC’s website.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a university degree.
    • 3 years post qualification experience preferably in the financial services sector.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer or facilitator.
    • Must have Sales or Business Development background.
