    Trainee Sales Executive

    As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will be an integral part of our sales team, learning the fundamentals of software sales and contributing to our continued success. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your sales skills, and work with a talented team in a fast-paced and rewarding industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Undergo comprehensive training on our software products, sales processes, and industry best practices.
    • Learn how to identify and research potential clients (leads) within our target market.
    • Assist senior sales team members in qualifying leads and understanding client needs.
    • Develop strong communication and presentation skills through shadowing and active participation in meetings.
    • Learn to conduct product demonstrations and presentations (with guidance).
    • Support the preparation of sales proposals and quotations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients under supervision.
    • Accurately record and manage sales activities and customer information in our CRM system.
    • Achieve assigned learning objectives and contribute to team sales targets as your skills develop.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Provide feedback to the sales and product teams based on client interactions.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields are an advantage).
    • Strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn about software solutions.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills.   
    • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite, email).   
    • A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
    • Prior experience in customer service or sales (even internships or part-time roles) is a plus but not mandatory.
