About the Programme

• We are seeking ambitious, innovative, and driven engineering graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Programme. This structured development programme is designed to provide practical experience, professional mentoring and hands-on exposure to engineering projects within the construction, fabrication, tank rehabilitation, project planning, and quality management sectors.
• Successful candidates will undergo intensive training and development aimed at building the technical, analytical, and leadership skills required for future engineering roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and work plans.
• Support project planning activities using project management tools and software.
• Monitor project progress and prepare schedule performance reports.
• Assist in resource planning, forecasting, and project tracking.
• Participate in project review meetings and progress evaluations.
• Support the preparation of project dashboards and management reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Minimum of Second Class Upper) in:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
  • Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Project Management Engineering
  • Or related engineering disciplines
• NYSC completion is mandatory.
• Maximum of 0–2 years post-NYSC work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, QA/QC tools, or other engineering software will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic project environment.
