Tracking Platform Supervisor at Ciska Marketplace Ltd

 Responsibilities

• Check up on clients to know if they have any issue with our services.
• Identify expiring accounts and notify customer, and follow up till they renew.
• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure all is working properly
• Generate and send/submit invoices to clients
• Schedule and send email newsletter to all contacts
• Request monthly GDS usage report from Escustomer service and contact them anytime their attention is needed.
• Design/write helpful tips for our customers on our blog.
• Receive and set up of new tracking devices devices.
• -Get new customers to track their vehicles.
• -Supervise installations and set up customer accounts.
• Any other assigned tasks.
