Key Responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle movement using telematics, GPS, and tracking platforms.
• Track driver behavior, route adherence, speed, idling, and safety compliance.
• Identify and report route deviations, unauthorized stops, and unusual activity.
• Maintain accurate logs and ensure all tracking data is properly documented.
• Support operations in optimizing routes and improving fleet efficiency.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of experience in fleet tracking, telematics monitoring, or logistics support.
• Hands-on experience with GPS tracking systems, telematics dashboards, or fleet management software.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of logistics, dispatch, or fleet operations is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and monitor multiple assets simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
