Requirements
Applicants must possess any of the following qualifications registrable with the Town Planning Registration Council of Nigeria (TOPREC);

• A Degree in Urban and Regional Planning or Town Planning from a recognized Institution
• A pass in the Final Examination of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners.
• A Professional Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning or Town Planning from a recognized University (Not Equivalent to HND Certificate).

Other Requirements:
Candidates must possess the minimum academic and professional requirements as stated below:

• A minimum of a second-class lower Bachelor’s degree
• Candidate must have completed the mandatory NYSC program (where applicable), additional educational or professional qualifications may be an added advantage.
• Candidate must also be computer literate, technology savvy
• Possess good interpersonal and leadership skills and be able to work effectively in teams.
