Key Responsibilities

• provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions through Zuri Health's telehealth platforms such as phone, chat or in person
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans,
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in overcoming mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation ot client sessions and treatment progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care
• Adhere to confidentiality and relevant regulatory compliance standards.
• Monitor and track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients on coping mechanisms, emotional regulation, and mental health resources.
• Stay current on telehealth regulations and best practices.
• Take part in wellness and outreach programs in The provision of therapy services
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Medical Officer

Other qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience, preferably with a digital health company, and based in Lagos.
• Health/wellness coaching experience would be preferred
• Must haue a relevant practicing license,
• Background in clinical psychology, organizational psychology and clinical research would ly an added advantage.
