Therapist(Mental and Behavioural Health) at Placid Health Limited

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are looking for a dynamic Therapist to lead in-person consultations, workshops, webinars, and wellness programs, representing the clinic and engaging with clients, communities, and corporate audiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and participate in in-person consultations, meetings, and client discussions.
• Facilitate mental health workshops, seminars, and webinars.
• Represent Placid Health Limited at corporate and community wellness programs.
• Collaborate with our virtual Nurse Practitioner to support public-facing programs and educational initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of all workshops, events, and engagement activities.
• Contribute to planning and execution of wellness initiatives.
• Occasional follow up therapy sessions  for patents

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in mental health education, workshops, webinars, or public engagement.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional, empathetic, and culturally sensitive.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with virtual clinical teams.
• Membership or licensure with Nigerian professional bodies (e.g., NPA, MRTBN) is a plus but not required for this non-treatment role.

Work Conditions & Benefits

• Location: Lagos office (fully in-person role)
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Occasional evening/weekend sessions for webinars or workshops
