    Therapist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide individualized and group therapy sessions for children with autism.
    • Develop tailored treatment plans supervised by center co-ordinator to address each child's unique needs.
    • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to create a holistic and supportive environment for each child.
    • Continuously monitor progress and adjust interventions to ensure the best outcomes.
    • Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Public health or a related discipline.
    • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or equivalent certifications.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children on the autism spectrum or children with special needs.

    Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and effective therapeutic interventions.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
    • Compassionate, patient, and deeply committed to helping children reach their full potential.
    • Experience with early intervention programs and techniques.
    • Fluency in English and local languages is an added advantage.
