Territorial Retail Executive at Cellulant

Passionate, performance-driven marketing professional:

Responsible for the growth of Proximity Pay (Instore) in the allocated territory, growing our brand equity & establishing Tingg as the most preferable payment solution for the Retail Sector.

1. Performance Marketing- growing Cellulant’s Share of Payment across all Proximity Pay Merchants to 30% by running impactful marketing campaigns that result in >80% activity rate on Cellulant products. 

2. Brand Visibility- Ensuring the brand visibility on all Merchants/Outlets

3. SMB Sales:- Ability to acquire/sign up Medium Sized Retail businesses into our ecosystem and drive product adoption

Your core responsibilities in this role will include the following:

Retail Marketing Operations

• Develop  marketing campaigns to drive usage and adoption of our payment solutions 

• Analyze data to track effectiveness and identify new opportunities or strategies

• Hire, manage and drive a team of motivated and high-performing activation brand ambassadors, associates &  team leads.

• Determine track and manage data points for product growth

Brand

• Develop marketing campaigns to increase the brand visibility of Tingg Instore across all Merchants

• Develop Partner Marketing campaigns with Merchants & MoMo Providers to push usage & Adoption of Services

Must have experience:

• 3+ years of trade marketing experience & distribution

• Previous experience as a consumer marketing executive would be a strong advantage

• Have to experience with digital products

• Data-driven marketing executive with up to date knowledge of cutting edge marketing techniques

Experience that will count in your favor: 

• Large company consumer marketing experience but with a strong commercial and entrepreneurial outlook.

• Digital & mobile marketing experience

• Proven experience in driving brand visibility

Nice to have experience: 

• Digital Product Sales Experience
