Terminal Manager at Vodstra Limited

We are seeking motivated managerial candidates with previous experience in courier services to join our team.

Locations: Onitsha, Owerri, Port Harcourt, Aba, Nyanya

Responsibilities

1. Ensure that the daily sales target for the assigned business is increased
2. Coordinate the activities of couriers and delivery operations for increased performance
3. Coordinate trucks and bus provision with fleet operations to ensure timely delivery of all mail and parcel/haulage consignments.
4. Track Shipment to the ultimate destination
5. Gain new clientele while maintaining the existing corporate clients.
6. Ensure that all shipments are properly logged in the branch’s software on a timely basis.
7. Establish an innovative roadmap for achieving the business week-by-week growth.
8. Ensure that employees follow the strategic plan and meet the company's goals.

Candidate Profile

1. B.Sc/HND from a recognized Tertiary Institution with at least 6 years post-qualification experience in the courier business
2. The preferred applicant should have expertise in passenger transportation, courier or haulage.

Remuneration

80,000 to 120,000 Naira Monthly aside from the monthly performance bonus
