Tender Board, Process & Planning Analyst at Hobark International Limited (HIL)

• The Tender Board, Process & Planning Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and analyzing tender processes, procurement planning, and optimization services to all departments in the Organisation in a timely manner. 
• The role ensures that all procurement and contracting activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices while optimizing cost efficiency and supplier performance. Responsible for process compliance and performance management to achieve company objectives and ensure that all SCM reports are prepared and circulated in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience
• Professional certification, such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), PMP (Project Management Professional), or equivalent, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement planning, cost estimation methodologies, and supplier evaluation.
• Proficiency in procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex cost data.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft application packages (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
