JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a seasoned Telesales supervsior that will rigourosuly boost the sales of the organization. The desire candidate will work closely with team members, organize strategy sessions, motivate, actively monitor and report on department sales reports, challenges, feedback and compliants.

Followup and close all hanging deals.

The desired candidate must have excellent communication and leadership skill, understand, train and help develop the company's customer portfolio.

Job Description

• Conducting research, preparing and organizing strategic sessions to drive departmental sales.
• Implementing sales stratgeies.
• Introduce product to potential customers and follow up on existing customers.
• Periodically appriase team performance with adequate reporting of achievments and fall outs sent to the management.
• Actively engaged in the training and development of junior staffs for optimum productivity.
• Compiling and presenting sales reports.
• Assist the management in setting sales target for the team.
• Constant improvement of sales scripts.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum experience of 3 years and 1 year experience in a supervisory position.
• Cognitive knowledge of online marketing strategy.
• Adequate knowledge of Mircosoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Good writing, communication, planning and executing skills.
• Experience in a fintech company is an added advantage.
• Excellent Telemarketing experience and knowledge.
