Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Retention Manager, based in Lagos State, Nigeria, with partial work-from-home flexibility.
• The Telesales Retention Manager will focus on implementing effective strategies to retain customers and ensure their satisfaction.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing customer behaviors, handling client communications, developing and executing retention strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Retention and Retention Strategies to drive client loyalty and maintain engagement
• Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate customer behavior and retention data proactively
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and resolving queries effectively
• Ability to develop and execute targeted retention campaigns for long-term customer satisfaction
• Previous experience in telesales, account management, or retention-focused roles is an advantage
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work both independently and within a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
