This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Retention Manager, based in Lagos State, Nigeria, with partial work-from-home flexibility.
The Telesales Retention Manager will focus on implementing effective strategies to retain customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing customer behaviors, handling client communications, developing and executing retention strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Retention and Retention Strategies to drive client loyalty and maintain engagement
Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate customer behavior and retention data proactively
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and resolving queries effectively
Ability to develop and execute targeted retention campaigns for long-term customer satisfaction
Previous experience in telesales, account management, or retention-focused roles is an advantage
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to work both independently and within a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
