Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nigeria for a Telesales Representative.
• The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, generating leads, providing product or service information, answering customer queries, and closing sales over the phone.
• The role requires maintaining customer records, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and understanding their needs
• Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple calls and follow-ups daily
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales is a plus
• Previous experience in telesales or a related field is preferred but not required
