Telesales Representative at Drugstoc eHub Limited

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Telesales Agent with a strong background in pharmacology or any medical science field to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and driving sales while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote pharmaceutical products.
• Handle inbound inquiries from healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors.
• Educate clients on product benefits, usage, and pricing while addressing concerns.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities, following up to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and company offerings.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer engagement

Qualifications

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• At least 1 year experience in Tele-sales ; CRM knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer skills and sales techniques like cold calling
