Our client is seeking a result-driven and customer-focused Telesales Officer to drive sales, manage customer interactions, and support digital engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries, loan applications, and complaints across calls, chats, and emails within defined SLAs.
Drive customer acquisition by converting leads into active customers.
Process loan applications in line with company policies.
Deliver excellent customer service across all channels.
Meet sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Provide feedback to improve products, processes, and customer experience.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in any discipline.
1–2 years’ experience in sales, telesales, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
