The Telesales Officer is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound telephone interactions with prospective and existing customers. The role involves promoting products or services, identifying customer needs, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships while achieving assigned sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications and Experience
BSC/HND Holders only
Not more than 30years of age
1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
