In this engaging position, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, introducing our diverse range of financial products, and helping them make informed decisions that can change their financial lives!
What You'll Do:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our loan products and services
Engage with leads through friendly and informative conversations, answering queries and providing insights about our offerings
Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, turning prospects into satisfied customers!
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in our system
Continuously learn about our products and services to effectively address customer needs and concerns
Collaborate with marketing to identify new sales opportunities
Requirements What You Bring:
A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in telesales or a related field
Exceptional communication skills with an enthusiastic and persuasive telephone manner
Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications
Ability to handle rejections and turn them into positive learning experiences
A can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their financial goals!
