Job Brief

• We are looking for a well-spoken telesales representative to be resonsible for attending to our clients over the telephone.
• The telesales representative's responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reconciliation of customer payments, follow up on issues affecting customer payments and trading for prompt resolution, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.
• The successful telesales representative will be that person who has an excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Resolving issues with customers
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat trades.
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
• Answering customers' questions on the products.
• Reconciliation of customers payment
• Calling of new and old customers.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.
