    Telesales Manager

    About the job

    • We are a fast-growing international company operating in the iGaming sector. To expand our presence in African markets, we are looking for a disciplined and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team.
    • You will work from our local office and report directly to the Head of Sales.

    Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to existing and qualified leads; proactively generate new leads when required
    • Present and promote the company’s product portfolio
    • Identify customer needs and conduct negotiations
    • Close deals and process orders
    • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
    • Handle objections and build long-term client relationships
    • Previous experience in telephone sales and verifiable references are an advantage.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably in fintech, iGaming, banking, retail, or nutraceuticals
    • B.Sc in any field 
    • High level of discipline and organization (meeting deadlines, submitting documents on time)
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Eligibility to pass a background check
