We are a fast-growing international company operating in the iGaming sector. To expand our presence in African markets, we are looking for a disciplined and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team.
You will work from our local office and report directly to the Head of Sales.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and qualified leads; proactively generate new leads when required
Present and promote the company’s product portfolio
Identify customer needs and conduct negotiations
Close deals and process orders
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Handle objections and build long-term client relationships
Previous experience in telephone sales and verifiable references are an advantage.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably in fintech, iGaming, banking, retail, or nutraceuticals
B.Sc in any field
High level of discipline and organization (meeting deadlines, submitting documents on time)
