Telesales Executive at Tranter IT Infrastructure Services Limited

We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships, and achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline
• 2-3 years’ experience in telesales or a similar sales role
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools

Remuneration: 200,000 naira monthly net
