    Telesales Executive

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services
    • Handle inbound calls and provide information about our offerings
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
    • Assist in developing sales strategies and improving call scripts
    • Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and goals

    Requirements:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, engaging phone manner
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
    • High school diploma or equivalent; current enrollment in a related degree program preferred
