We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting existing and potential customers to promote Kool Energies' products and services, process orders, and support customer satisfaction. Your goal is to drive sales, generate leads, and build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote and sell Kool Energies products and services.
Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability.
Record and process customer orders with attention to detail.
Generate qualified leads and forward them to the field sales team for follow-up.
Ensure customer satisfaction by managing accounts and resolving issues promptly.
Gather and update customer information, including payment details and feedback on products.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Use approved sales scripts to effectively handle objections and convert interest into sales.
Stay informed about product offerings to make relevant and personalized recommendations.
Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the company’s growth.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Previous experience in telesales in a solar company is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
