Telesales Executive at Assets Microfinance Bank

• The Telesales Executive will be required to sell assigned products and achieve assigned targets. He/she will be tasked to attain set daily, weekly and monthly sales, service and productivity goals as well as ensure optimum delivery of all personal targets and tasks as assigned by direct supervisor or management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve monthly sales targets as set by management.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell banking products and services.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers over the phone.
• Handle inbound calls related to customer inquiries and product offerings.
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell relevant products or services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services.
• Maintain a customer database and update contact details as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory policies.
• Address customer concerns and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Good knowledge of the sales of the personal loan product.
