    Telemarketer

    Description

    • The Telemarketer will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers to promote Friska Life products, generate sales, and build lasting customer relationships.
    • The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to influence buying decisions while delivering excellent customer service.
    • This role is opened to NYSC members with at least 8 months to Passing Out Parade (POP) who reside in Yaba or surrounding areas.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
    • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers.
    • Answer customer questions and address objections in a persuasive manner.
    • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales outcomes.
    • Follow up on leads and referrals to secure sales opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Provide feedback from customer interactions to help improve marketing strategies.
    • Maintain a positive and professional approach in all customer communications.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
    • Currently serving NYSC member with at least 8 months to POP.
    • Must reside in Yaba or its environs.
    • Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
    • Confidence in initiating conversations with strangers over the phone.
    • Good listening skills and ability to handle objections professionally.
    • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet targets.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

    Salary
    N70,000 monthly.
