    Telehealth Pharmacist / Customer Service

    • We are seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our team as a Telehealth Pharmacist – Customer Service. This role combines professional pharmaceutical expertise with patient interaction through digital channels. You will support patients by providing accurate information on medications, processing their requests, and ensuring they receive safe and timely care through our telehealth platform.
    • The ideal candidate is a pharmacist who is comfortable using technology, has strong communication skills, and is committed to delivering excellent patient care in a virtual environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to patient inquiries across telehealth channels (phone, chat, email, and digital platforms) with accuracy and professionalism.
    • Provide counseling on medication use, side effects, interactions, and adherence.
    • Support patients in navigating prescriptions, order processing, and medication fulfillment.
    • Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records in line with regulatory standards.
    • Escalate clinical issues or complex cases to the appropriate medical or operational teams.
    • Collaborate with customer service, operations, and product teams to improve the patient experience.
    • Ensure all patient care is delivered in compliance with pharmacy practice standards and company policies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
    • Current license to practice pharmacy.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Comfortable with digital tools, telehealth platforms, and CRM systems.
    • Ability to multitask and manage patient requests in a fast-paced environment.
    • Prior experience in customer-facing roles (hospital, retail, or telehealth) is an advantage.
