Telecom Sales Agent at Fort Knox Group

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's telecom products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, referrals, and direct marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Educate customers on product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Process customer applications and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
• Resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct market intelligence and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' proven sales experience in the telecommunications or insurance industry is mandatory.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and prospecting skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
• Must reside in or around Ikeja, Lagos.
