The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion, and maintaining communication between teams and stakeholders.

Description

• Oversee and coordinate telecom projects related to decommissioning, installing, and integrating Transmission and RBS elements.
• Develop and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance and support on active network elements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Coordinate field teams, ensuring proper execution of site activities, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure project quality and safety standards are met.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in telecom projects, with hands-on experience in decommissioning, installing and integrating Transmission and RBS elements.
• Understanding of active network elements decommissioning, installation, and integration.
• Conversant with 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G technologies
• Conversant with telecom transmission and Radio Components.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, active network components, transmission systems, and RBS technologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination between technical teams and stakeholders.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or telecom-related certifications are an added advantage.
• Must reside in Ilupeju and its environs
• Must be willing to resume immediately.
