Job Description
CROs will have competencies in four of these subsystems as a minimum:

• As the production of oil and gas Onshore is a 24-hour operation, CROs will work either dayshift or nightshift, alternating between shifts with each Onshore trip.
• All contractor personnel shall be supervised by Shell.
• Networks with Shell Onshore Operations Supervisor, Onshore Shift Supervisor, OIMs, Safety Department, Technicians on same and other shifts, and Contract staff and Vendor Representatives.

Experience and Qualifications Required

• HND or OND qualifications in Process or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 - 8 years’ experience in gas/oil industry at Senior operations level
• Fully conversant with DCS systems.
• Flexible, self-motivated and dynamic personality, capable to perform in a work environment, which only provides limited resources.
• Good communication skills in order to supervise a multinational work force.
• Good command of the English language, written as well as verbal.
• Strong leadership skills, ability to delegate, and work with minimum supervision.
• Qualified first aider.
