    Tele Sales/Growth Associate

    About the Role

    • We are hiring a Telesales / Growth Associate to drive lead conversion across our training and learning programs.
    • This role focuses on engaging prospective clients, educating them about our programs, and converting them into enrolled and paying customers.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • HND or BSc (preferably in Social Sciences or related fields)
    • 1–2 years experience in Telesales or Inside Sales experience (mandatory)
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills
    • Confident phone presence and sales discipline.
