Job Overview

• Support the company's business strategy by effectively generating revenues through marketing and business development.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Answer questions about products of the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
• Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Meeting set revenue targets.
• Number of customers reached.
• Timeliness in the conversion of potential customers.

Requirements

• First Degree or HND in any Social discipline.
• No experience is required as training will be provided.
• 0 - 3 years work experience.

Salary
N35,000 monthly fixed salary + bonus depending on how sales target is being achieved.
