Tele - Collection Agent at Mwanga

Location: Maryland, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Manage recovery of overdue payments from customers by reaching out to customers.
• Aim to hit set individual/team targets by collecting overdue loans.
• Follow up on delinquent accounts, updates and maintains accurate records.
• Perform other assigned duties necessary to support the portfolio weekly.
• Give accurate report on customers reached out to weekly.
• Understand the assigned product and be persuasive enough to convince customers to pay amounts due using available repayment methods.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO / NCE / OND qualification with 0 - 3 years worke experience.
