Telco Integration Specialist at Sysgyte Technologies

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Fintech-Telco Integration Specialist to lead the integration of our fintech product with telecommunications providers (telcos).
• This role involves working closely with telco partners, internal tech teams, and product managers to ensure seamless API integrations, payment processing, and compliance with telco and financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with telco partners to understand their APIs, protocols, and security requirements.
• Work with compliance teams to meet financial (PCI-DSS, AML) and telco (GSMA, carrier-specific) regulations.
• Document integration processes, API specifications, and best practices. Support business development teams in technical discussions with telco partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience integrating fintech, banking, or payment systems with telcos (e.g., MTN, Airtel, Vodafone, Orange).
• Understanding of fintech products (digital wallets, remittances, airtime top-ups).
• Awareness of telco regulatory frameworks and financial compliance (PCI DSS, GDPR).

Preferred Experience:

• 3+ years in fintech-telco integrations, payment gateways, or mobile financial services.
• Prior work with telco aggregators or mobile network operators (MNOs).
