We are looking for a visionary Technology Project Manager who can see beyond project timelines to the broader business and social value of technology. This role requires a leader who combines technical fluency with strategic thinking — someone who can translate ideas into implementable solutions that accelerate growth, efficiency, and real-world impact.
You will manage high-impact projects end-to-end, working closely with business leaders and technical teams to design and deliver initiatives that advance our innovation agenda.
Duties include:
Provide strategic leadership in planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Define project vision, scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with organisational strategy.
Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable technology solutions.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Implement and continuously improve project management frameworks, tools and methodologies.
Anticipate risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure consistent progress reporting.
Engage with executive leadership to align projects with growth and transformation goals.
Foster strong communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards and best practices.
Contribute to the company’s digital transformation roadmap and knowledge base.
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience managing technology-driven projects, preferably.
Proven ability to lead projects that deliver business growth, operational improvement, or social impact.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills — able to connect dots between technology, business, and people.
Demonstrated ability to oversee and guide projects through the entire software development lifecycle.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced or innovation-oriented environments.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
Strong writing and presentation skills.
Attention to details and strong organizational skills.
