Job Summary:

As a Technician in our e-mobility startup, you\\\'ll be a key player in ensuring the reliability and performance of our cutting-edge products throughout the pilot phase. Your hands- on technical expertise will be critical for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and commission e-mobility products, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections to proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to troubleshoot technical challenges, both on-site and remotely.
• Collaborate closely with our technical support team to deliver effective solutions to customer inquiries and problems.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of maintenance activities, repairs, and service reports.
• Participate in testing new product features and functionalities, providing valuable insights to the development team.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the e-mobility sector.

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma or certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in a Technician role, preferably within a related field.
• Profound understanding of electrical systems, components, and technical troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Comfortable adapting to various working conditions, including outdoor installations.
• Familiarity with e-mobility technology and charging infrastructure is advantageous.
• Candidates should be living around V.I, Surulere, Yaba, Ebutemeta, Jibowu, Lagos Island.
