Technician - Instrumentation / Electrical / HVAC at BGI Energy Services Limited

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of all electrical installations which include but not limited to alternators, control systems, electric motors, shutdown / control panels, electrically enunciated instruments, charging systems, pumps.
• Maintenance of motorized control centre, power panels, switch gears, synchronizing panels, distribution boards and power supply cables.
• Overhaul of electrical equipment to include component replacements, alignments and calibration to specifications.
• Design and installation of new equipment control circuits, modification of existing instrument/ electrical systems as requested, to include design load and Implementation of new control logic.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess an HND / B.Eng in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• 5 Years cognate experience in maintenance/ repair of electrical machines, electronic / digital control circuitry and panel.
• Proficiency in the use of computer and engineering softwares.
• Knowledgeable in As-built electrical drawings and interpretation.
• Knowledgeable in design and installation of instrumentation and control equipment.
