Job Description

• Assist in proper monitoring and maintenance of clients devices
• Assist in efficient after-sales support for all clients
• Assist in installing and configuring clients devices, diagnosing software and hardware faults and proffer solutions
• Consistent documenting and logging of clients problems and enquiries as relayed by the Customer Care staff
• Assist in ensuring effective help desk support, rapid response to queries and all clients issues
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance for Clients
• Implementation of standard processes and procedures
• Training of clients on logging and resolving issues
• Repairing equipment and replacing parts.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND / OND in Electrical / Electronics, Computer Science / Communication, Info-Tech
• 1 - 2 years as a System Support/iIT Officer
• Analytical
• Internet and Tech savvy
• Customer Focused
• A Team Player
• Resident in Port-Harcourt
