    Technical Support Officer

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Officer located in Lagos.
    • The Technical Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and excellent customer service to healthcare providers using the platform on a day-to-day basis.

    Qualifications

    • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
    • Strong Analytical Skills
    • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
