Job Description

• Provide technical support to the sales and customer service teams
• Interface with the development team on software update and related issues
• Track all pending tasks for updating the software with the development team
• Efficiently analyse customer issues and provide logical solutions
• Provide support to Ntisa customers including answering questions, analysing problems, and providing solutions to restore their smooth operations.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with end-users and colleagues to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide support for the creation of training materials for customers, including webinars, presentations etc.
• Update contents of the technical support page on the website as applicable
• Develop product knowledge to serve as a technical resource to the sales teams
• Provide input on technical service tools that could be beneficial to customers and employees.

Requirement

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
