Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation and configuration of access control systems, including hardware setup, software integration and network configuration
- Collaborate with clients to customize access control settings suitable to their needs
- Test installed system to ensure functionality and performance meets standard
- Perfore routine maintenace
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems by applying technical expertise
- Provide on-site support for installations, configurations or repairs
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Must reside in Ibadan.
- Experience with access control systems.
- Knowledge of diagnosing and troubleshooting access control hardware and software
- Understand networking concepts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- High level of accuracy and attention to details.
