    Technical Support Administrator - Solar Solutions

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing technical support, sales assistance, and administrative services related to solar solutions
    • Assist customers in understanding and navigating EnergyMall's solar products and services
    • Process sales orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of solar equipment
    • Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience
    • Utilize CRM applications to manage customer interactions, sales leads, and administrative tasks
    • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales activities and support the achievement of sales targets
    • Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, invoicing, and record-keeping
    • Provide ongoing support to technical staff, coordinating with them to address customer concerns and inquiries
    • Use tools such as Jira applications to streamline and improve internal processes
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient issue resolution and customer satisfaction
    • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams in both verbal and written interactions.

    Qualifications:

    • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent customer service skills with a sales-oriented approach
    • Familiarity with CRM applications for customer management
    • Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
    • Adaptability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
    • Basic computer usage skills
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes
    • Ability to work under pressure.

    Nice-to-Have Skills / Competencies:

    • Knowledge of solar energy solutions
    • Experience with Jira applications
    • Previous sales support or administrative experience in a technical environment.
    • Reside on the Island.

    Remuneration:#100,000
