The ideal candidate will identify and secure new business opportunities, providing technical expertise to support product sales and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads and secure new accounts by identifying prospective clients in construction, manufacturing, and other industrial sectors.
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products; provide expert guidance on product applications, benefits, and technical specifications.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and consistent support.
Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitor products to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Offer post-sales support, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and product training, to ensure clients maximize the value of the company’s products.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Chemical Mechanical Engineering or in any related field.
2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in construction chemicals, engineering products, or industrial materials.
Basic understanding of engineering principles, construction processes, and technical product applications.
Experience in B2B sales and ability to meet sales targets.
Experience in building client relationships and consultative selling.
Experience with any CRM or inventory software will be an added advantage.
