    Technical Sales and Marketing Specialist

    Responsibilities.

    • Reach out to top global Telecoms/IT partners and initiate business proposals to achieve partners’ growth and successes in emerging markets.
    • Expand and grow existing partners by identifying new areas of collaboration and troubleshoot partners’ issues efficiently and effectively.
    • Help achieve maximum sales profitability, market penetration, and growth within the target market audience.
    • Create compelling and professional sales presentations tailored to the client's industry and specific requirements.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions that address client needs.
    • Achieve sales growth and gross profit targets.
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
    • Provide feedback to the management team regarding market insights and opportunities.
    • Lead the development of detailed and accurate proposals, bids, and tender responses.
    • Oversee the end-to-end bidding process, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
    • Prepare bid invitations, evaluate bids, and communicate with clients/vendors throughout the process.
    • Collaborate with the technical teams to ensure proposals meet client expectations and company profitability targets.
    • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
    • Willing to travel. 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering, IT, or related field.
    • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the Telecom, Engineering, or IT services sector.
    • Strong understanding of Telecom technologies, network infrastructure, and IT solutions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Self-motivated with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends.
    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
