    • Monitor implementation activities and ensure alignment with approved project plans and technical requirements.
    • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment readiness, go-live activities, and post-go-live support.
    • Identify technical dependencies and ensure appropriate coordination between technical workstreams.

    Stakeholder & Team Management:

    • Communicate project objectives, requirements, progress, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.

    • Ensure clear communication and timely resolution of project-related issues.
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    Project Governance, Risk & Reporting:

    • Establish and maintain appropriate project governance, reporting, documentation, and control mechanisms.
    • Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, progress updates, and management reports.
    • Identify, assess, document, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints.
    • Develop and implement mitigation and contingency plans to minimise project risks and delivery challenges.
    • Manage project change requests and ensure changes to scope, timelines, budgets, or deliverables are properly assessed, approved, documented, and communicated.
