Technical Project Manager at Ash Nelson Partners Limited

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Lead IT and software deployment projects, ensuring smooth delivery using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Technical Coordination: Oversee system deployments, integrations and support, collaborating with engineers to streamline operations.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison and relationship manager between clients, OEM partners, and internal teams,
• Business analysis Translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable project plans.
• Risk & Process Management: Identify project risks, ensure security best practices, and improve workflows for efficiency.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project reports, technical documentation, and dashboards for clear visibility.
• Product Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for our products, both in-house and partner-driven, ensuring smooth integration, and product success.
• Support: Assist support teams in meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Project Management: Project management skills and tools Experience. PM related certificates is a plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Technical concepts like software developement Life cycles and deployments, cloud platforms, CI/CD , Networks and APIs etc
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Understanding of IT security principles, regulatory standards, and risk management.
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Knowledge of networking, databases , automation, and scripting concepts
• Strong written and spoken Communication: Ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
